Thank you for shopping at Station. All of our desks are fully inspected for quality and damage before leaving the warehouse.

Shipping

Delivery in the Continental United States (outside of Arizona)

Delivery time is currently 2-4 weeks. We use multiple carriers to deliver our product. As we get closer to your delivery date, we will notify you with your carrier and routing information. We will also let you know what to expect upon delivery. If you have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us at customerservice@stationdesk.com or (602) 805-9800.

Delivery in Arizona

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to schedule a day and time window for delivery. Orders will be ready within 2 weeks of purchase (but usually sooner).

White glove delivery within the Phoenix-Metro area is free of charge. 

Delivery requirements:

  • The final assembly step will take place once your order is placed in your home - it just takes a few minutes.
  • Station will not move any existing furniture.
  • Packaging removal provided.
  • 15 minute grace period for delivery upon arrival. If no one is available to receive the order within grace period, please call (602) 805-9800 to make arrangements.

    Returns

    You have 7 calendar days to initiate a return from the date of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your desk must be in the same condition that you received it.

    Station will work with you to schedule return shipping of your desk.
